Gorgeous vintage Vuokko Suomi Finland coat in vertical channel quilted blueberry 100% cotton velvet, with a snap closure front and lined in matching color taffeta. It is almost a sack-like style, very straight, and has two pockets inseam. It is simplicity as genius, as are most of Vukko's designs. It has generous armholes and straight cuffless sleeves. Sorry, it is difficult to see dark colors on in the photo.
Vuokko Nurmesniemi was a principal designer for Marimekko and known for bold color and shape combinations, whimsical looks.
